THE'DRAUGHTON' BALCONY - BRAND NEW DESIGN! Our Burnsall Juliet balcony is our very latest contemporary design additions into our range. This balcony is ideally suited for customers looking for a modern looking balcony at a superb price point. The frame is fabricated from 30mm x 30mm box section. The infill bars are 12mm x 12mm sqaure with decorative twisted baskets.

The gap between these bars is less than 100mm which is compliant with UK building regulations. The balcony projects 100mm from the wall, and have a clearance of 70mm between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet. The mounting feet are laser cut and have a 12mm mounting hole. These are designed to suit M8 / M10 fixings.

To work out the horizontal fixing points, simply add 50mm to the overall balcony width. For example a 1200mm balcony will have hole centres at 1250mm horizontally from left to right. You can choose to have your balcony galvanised prior to powder coating which will protect the balcony against corrosion.

For our customers live close to the coast. The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
