This is for sheets of 10mm & 16mm multiwall polycarbonate which are available in various sizes. It is both lightweight and easy to handle, making it a popular choice for lean-to's. 10mm Polycarbonate can be used for replacing greenhouse panels where a stronger, heavier duty sheet is required.

All of our polycarbonate is manufactured in the UK and has a UV resistant layer to protect against discolouration, and is guaranteed for 10 years. The aluminium tape is used along the width, for the top of the sheet and breather tape for the bottom. While our industrial saws are generally very accurate, they do have a. Tolerance of up to 10mm. If you require the polycarbonate size to be absolutely exact, it is best to order slightly larger, and cut it to size with a fine tooth saw. If you want to cut the sheets yourself you can using a fine tooth saw or jigsaw. Make sure you clear any swarf out of the sheets with a blower or vacuum cleaner.

We recommend aluminium tape for the top of the sheet and the fabric breather tape for the lower end. The polycarbonate sheet has a UV protective layer on the upper side only. This will be clearly marked on the protective film.

The sheets should ideally be stored indoors with some loose plastic covering.
