New, Quality Aluminium Bi fold Patio Doors inc Glass 4 panels. Brand New Alulux 61 system. In Anthracite Grey Ral 7016. In Matt Black Ral 9005.

Please specify colour when ordering. Quality Aluminium Bi fold doors 4 panels including Glass. 4000mm wide x 2100mm high. I also offer an inward opening option.

4 mm toughened low E / 16mm argon filled spacer / 4 mm toughened. 5 A rated with u value 1.0.

The lead door acts as a single traffic door. The other 3 panels bifold together. To make things easier for installation, the glass is already fitted in its casing- all you need to do is install the frame, attach the rollers etc and fit the panels. Comes with handles, lock and keys (locks from both inside and out) Lock system is DeBar.

Track is 32mm deep 60mm wide. I will include a Pressed Aluminium cill, 3 mm thick, free. For installation you need to leave 10mm tolerance around the frame so 2110mm x 4010mm opening is required. All of our products are manufactured in Aluminium. Glass is kite marked low E 4mm toughened, 16mm argon gas filled spacer, safety glass with a U value of 1.1. All of our products are double glazed but triple glazing is available at additional cost. Please enquire about bespoke sizes which we also offer at an extremely competitive price!

Integrated blinds are also available (please see other listings). All of our products have a thermal break which ensures that the external environment stays external -thermal efficiency is a priority in all of our products. We are also the only company to offer a fold down weather bar system, meaning our tracks are completely flush which also offers a complete seal from the external environment ensuring water tightness. The bottom track is designed to sit 32mm below inside finish floor level meaning there is a 0 trip hazard risk -our Bi folds are completely wheelchair friendly. Any RAL colour is available at an additional cost.

Our Bi folds are top hung with the highest quality steel rollers which include Italian stainless-steel ball-bearings -customers are shocked with the ease of the action when the doors glide across the track, staiting they can do so with one finger. All other subcomponents of our ironmongery are made from stainless steel or aluminium we do not use any raw steel components.

With regards to the locking mechanism, we offer a shoot-bolt locking system, mechanisims from the UK company -Debar. A Flush cill is included free of charge (L-shaped pressing of aluminium 2mm thick) this sits underneath the bottom track and its use is optional.

For installation Alulux Ltd recommends leaving a minimum tolerance of 10mm on both width and height, e. For our standard 3m x 2.1m, the opening should be 3010 x 2110. The product is designed so that it is easy to install -all of our products come fully glazed with handles and locks. Full picture by picture instructions are included -any competent builder, fitter, carpenter etc will be able to install our products with ease.
